Our furnace had an intermittent issue with the burners not firing up. John arrived at our place about 2 hours after I called to enquirer about an appointment, having already done some research on the furnace model. He fixed the thermocouple, recorded the details of the part number in case it failed again, and gave great general advice about the furnace operation. Supreme’s rating on Homestars is well deserved - this was excellent service and I look forward to calling John in the future.
