You could say it was all started by a Spruce Budworm ( probably more than one ). We had some dead and dying trees that were both unsafe and in need of removal. Matt of NEWFOUND LANDSCAPE , a neighbour, had a Company truck in his driveway. That was ten years ago or so, and the first job. Since that time a Family type of relationship has formed. Keith and his crew have done work of their own design, have nursed along substandard work by another contractor, until we could afford the necessary replacement of the deficiencies. They worked in conjunction with another contractor who installed an in ground sprinkler system, while they redesigned gardens, and replaced the sod on the lawn. This grew from the demise of three Maple Trees previously damaged in an ice storm. At this time an interlock sidewalk was added to the driveway The latest job involves replacing the back yard steps ( remediating deficiencies from a previous contractor ) Removal of a failing fence, lifting the patio pavers, digging footings ( for the fence posts .,the back stairs and for the backyard deck ) Regrading and resetting some of the pavers to finish off the Patio Area. The deck itself ( which is a new feature to the yard ) Is finished in composite as are the new steps. The fence is a maintenance free product also with composite. We had an approximate start date, which actually moved up almost a week. His workers were onsite early and ready to go. Things ( materials, tools and equipment ) were left in a safe and orderly condition at the end of the day. In the past we have recommended NEWFOUNDLANDSCAPE to friends and neighbours. We thinks highly of Keith, his crew, and both his work and his work ethic. We will be pleased to continue to offer his recommendation into the future
