We were recommended Phil by a family friend for a home inspection on a semi that we were looking to purchase as first-time buyers. Phil was great and also kept our 92 year old grandmother (a former inspector) entertained. Inspection was very thorough and in the end we received a detailed binder of the full inspection, along with everything that needed to be addressed, as well as a DVD which contained a full video walkthrough of all of his observations. He was patient and understanding, and clearly explained things that we might not have been familiar with. Phil also showed up with only 2 days notice which was pretty fantastic.
