We just finished our 6 months home renovation. Craig our contractor did a great job. Not only are his trades people professional and reliable, we never had any major issues. The project finished on time, the budget was pretty much kept (no reno will ever be on budget), he always had time for our concerns and questions and he always followed up. We are very lucky to have found him as our contractor.
Replacement of all new windows and doors
We are extremly dissatisfied with the lack of customer service at the Pollard Window store in Burlington. After placing a huge order we were given the wrong delivery date, windows got misplaced, service calls took forever to get actioned. It is not worth saving a few dollars on the product and than having the nightmere afterwards. Pollard Windows definetely does not care about their customers. Not even the showroom manager. Very sad.
In this case window replacement was one part of a major home renovation. When the flooring contractor accelorated his schedule we were expected to do the same. We installed all of the windows before the floors were installed, on time, as requested. It was a challenge to effectively communicate with our customer.

We were very impressed by this company,from the time we got our first estimate until the job was completed. The job was completed in time and was executed beyond our expectations. The installer took great pride in his work. The owner personally was always in touch with us following up and making sure that we are satisfied. Nice to see that there are still companies out there who really care about customer service.
