Modern Design Kitchem and Bath did an excellent job in the demolition of our first floor to the studs, including the ceiling. We were impressed with the workmanship as they reconfigured our new space (a wall was removed) putting up insulation, drywall, subfloor, electrical, plumbing, etc. We now have a beautiful new kitchen, powder room, library and living room. You can't find two nicer and trustworthy guys than Raja and Mo who are experts in their field. We were surprised at how quickly the job was completed. Raja consistently checked in with us to confirm that our needs and expectations were met and he always returned our phone calls promptly. Any work that he sub contracted out (crown moulding, electrical) was done by professionals who were respectful and good at their work. Thank you Raja and Mo!

As we knocked down a wall to expand our kitchen to encompass the full back section of our house, Mohammad made numerous creative recommendations that included improved functionality, a new island, pantry and breakfast nook. Mohammad was very patient with our questions and revisions to the cabinetry design. He was also quick to return phone calls or emails. SKY Kitchen installers were professional and polite.
