I met Gaetano through a friend who recommended that I contact him to recreate a sofa I was eyeing from Restoration Hardware. He was able to do the exact same sofa for a way lower cost and the craftsmanship was impeccable. The entire sofa was tufted (back and seat) and the attention to detail was there. 2 years after having the sofa one of the tufts came undone. I contacted Gaetano. He peronally came to my home twice to repair it and I have not had an issue since. My parents were looking for someone to reupholster their 32 year old sofa that had tufting in it as well. They had obtained quotes cheaper than Alta Moda but I insisted they go with them because I knew their quality of work. My parents hesitated but when they saw the finished work they were beyond happy! The sofa looks brand new and very modern vintage. Gae helped us with picking the right fabric and made the process very easy. All in all it's been a pleasure to work with Gaetano and his team.
