UA is bankrupt. Campbell Saunders Ltd. has been appointed as receiver: see http://www.maynards.com/liquidations/retail/view_all_current/upholstery_arts. Maynards Auction has been appointed to liquidate UA's assets. It looks like Maynards is selling off UA couches, chairs, etc., through its liquidation center in Coquitlam...maybe I should go there and see if I can find my furniture...that I paid for and never received. To all of you in the same boat as me, contact Campell Saunders Ltd., fill out a proof of claim form, and get behind what is likely a long line of creditors (including a long line of secured creditors, which we are not.)
