Red Robin is very professional, courteous and clean. They completely removed and old broken window in th basement, without any mess on my white carpets! They workers were very friendly and professional. The work was completed in a timely fashion and was well done. I have purposefully waiting until after winter to make sure no leaks or cracking and everything is stellar. We had various areas of our old house tuck pointed also. The former owners had used caulking to fill som gaps and it was all removed and ground out properly and filled with matching colour mortar. Some brick were starting to fall down over a door entry way and it was all fixed up to perfection. Thank you so much for all your help! I'm very pleased with all the work completed and how professional and smoothly the whole process was!

Jeff has helped with numerous jobs since we bought our 100 year old house. Lots of things didn't work and lots of things were left unfinished from the former owner's renovations. From fixing a non flushing toilet, to trim work, grout repair and sealing of bathroom tiles, sealing a drafty mud room, planing doors that don't fit in the jams properly, caulking windows and fixing a stinky and noisy drainage issue with our kitchen sink. There hasn't been anything that we've thrown as Jeff that he hasn't been able to do. He can fix anything!

Holly,

thanks for the feedback. I truly enjoy being able to find solutions to odd issues in a home and addressing a list of to-do items that naturally accumulate in one's home. Your clear communication of needs always makes my job that much easier.

Thanks again,
Jeff
