These guys are amazing! Talk about over delivering...The deck was 20 x 16 ft with 2 x stairs, 8 louvred panels and will be around with the cockroaches after every thing else has gone....it's that solid. Attention to detail was great with every edge that could possibly scrape or cut, sanded down. Rick & Jack worked 12 hour days in temperatures up to 43 degrees with the humidity, no grumbling, no swearing, no slacking off. Very pleasant people to have around. We're having them back to do our front porch and bathroom.

After a disappointing response from our former HVAC Maintenance Company (for the previous 10 years or so) telling us that we had to wait 3 weeks for coverage in our "new" home in spite of 10 years' payments for HVAC repair & maintenance or pay a regular rate. The Humidex was at 43 degrees so we called DHT Electrical & Contracting and Shawn was over within about 2 hours and fixed the A/C and several other electrical problems. Awesome friendly, helpful guy with great knowledge. Booked a $1500 panel upgrade and other work with him as a result. Panel work completed as efficiently as promised by 2 of his guys. Now that's the way to run a business! Thanks Shawn.

Moved to London after 2.5 years in St Thomas ON. I've had Water Heater rental for about 15 years with Reliance and their Heating/Cooling Repair & Maintenance for probably 10 years. I called them to let them know I was moving several weeks before the event. 2 days after getting in to our "new" home the humidex was around 43 degrees and the A/C stopped working. I called Reliance only to be told that I would have to wait 3 weeks for the "new" contract to kick in or I could pay full price for the job and they would send someone over straight away. Not Impressed at all... after 10 years of paying monthlies I'm suddenly left without coverage for 3 weeks!!! No-one told me about this 3 weeks "grace period" so, guess what, I'm going with another company.
