I booked the appointment online for a time slot between 9 and 11am. They phoned at 830am the day of to let me know they would be arriving at 9. They got here at 9 and were very friendly and professional and moved the big chest freezer out of our basement no problem. Would definitely use them again.

Steve was very thorough in going through our house and made us comfortable with this big purchase. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new home.
