we hired trevor and his company to wash our windows and clean our eaves. trevor and his helper were personable and responsive to our needs. we have used other companies before but the work has never been done so well. we got an extra bonus in that they identified and, at no cost, tightened up some eaves that had loosened up over the years. its a pleasure looking out through our crystal clear windows again. the rain water is flowing unimpeded down our spouts. we appreciated the dedication to doing a good job demonstrated by this crew.

This is the second time we used Red Robin. Around 2011 we hired Dave and his team to redo our brick chimney. We were very happy with the result and wrote a review accordingly. When it came to redoing our porch and steps Red Robin was one of the companies that quoted. Their price wasn't the cheapest, but it was very competitive. Because of our positive past experience we went with them. We were right to do so. Brandon, who was in charge is a craftsman who takes enormous pride in what he does. He isn't happy until the job is perfectly completed. He discovered some stones were stained and had the quarry company exchange them even though it caused a delay. My neighbours were so impressed with the outcome that Red Robin was able to get additional projects on our street as a result. We have used them twice now, and, for us, they are batting 1000 in quality and satisfaction.

Our shower stall was leaking and mould had gotten into the grout and silicone. Greg came and gave me a very detailed explanation of the work required with a number of options at different prices. There was no pressure to choose the more expensive route. In fact, he emphasized that it was more an aesthetic choice and that the cheaper way would work as well. We did choose the pricier option which involved the use of colour sealer as opposed to clear sealer. Greg and his co worker Ash arrived punctually and worked diligently without any breaks for a full day. The job was originally to take only a single day, but Greg had to return the next morning for four more hours to finish it. They were clean and respectful of our premises. They put down drop cloths throughout the house where they needed to walk and did a thorough cleanup of the worksite at the end. Greg explained what they were doing at every stage. He had the pride of a true craftsman by taking his time and doing the job right. We couldn't be happier with the result. The stall, covered in small white marble tiles, sparkled like new when they were done. The leak is gone. Hats off!

the glass in our 6 foot front window had to be replaced because of condensation between the panes. george and his crew did an excellent job replacing the glass. they were friendly, neat and efficient. the price was fair. highly recommended.
