I expected a real salesman to upsell, talk to me like I'm not clever, etc and expected to be disappointed. Mike Jovic showed up and I had exactly the opposite experience. He proposed good options, explained how installation would take place, every cost option, and did not try to push extra services or products on me. When John DiPelwo came two days later to install, three things : 1. Absolute professional. 2. Was super friendly with my cats, terrified of the noise 3. Very helpful, clean and organized. No swearing and rudeness, he worked straight through until the job was done. I couldn't be more pleased.
