Follow-ups on issues they just treat you like a inconvenience, Customer service will not tell truth to your face and laugh and brag about it outside their job trailer on one of their 50 smoke breaks a day. Yes we all hear you in the neighborhood.

Had a Kitchen install by these guys thru my builder Phelps home (I have a review posted on them) sloppy install crew left incomplete and a mess had to get them back to fix defects multiple times and after time passed they just wash their hands of you and do not follow up calls or emails.
