I cancelled back in May. Despite numerous phone calls and countless hours on hold I continue to be charged each month. The cost above is the monthly fees that I have been charged since my cancellation. At first I was told I had spoken with the wrong agent. Then I was told that I would be cancelled effective immediately. Then I was charged again. Then I recieved a note saying that I was getting credited for $80(ish). When the refund didn't go through, I called again and was told they were putting a "rush" on it, and that it was actually for only $30, because part of it was applied to notice period (?). Each time I call the agents claim to help me but then actually do nothing. The agent that told me that I had spoken to the wrong agent was not just rude but also unhelpful. There are better options out there for personal security. Don't even give these guys your home number. I still get automated calls telling me that there is a communication issue with my service box, which has been disconnected since May. Currently am waiting for the supervisor Jarrod to call me back, as apparently he doesn't work on Wednesdays.

I had a lot of heavy, difficult stuff and had grossly underestimated the scope of work. Andrey arrived on time and quickly saw how big the job was; he was able to call in two additional helpers to support. Everything was handled with absolute care and although I was grumpy the team was cheery and professional throughout the day. Hard working and trustworthy.

The guys at Urban Tree were professional, courteous, and capable. Work was completed on time, on budget. I would recommend them to anyone looking to either do an installation or refinish.

I had an issue with my toilet that required two visits - in the first visit Dan was unable to complete the work so he advised on the second day he would waive the callout fee, which I appreciated. He came back the second day with a Jason; I found they were courteous, professional, and on time. Everything was explained to me and delivered as expected.

Fitz is a bad boyfriend, full of empty promises and failed commitments. If I were dating Fitz, this experience would have negatively impacted my self esteem. I used Fitz about ten years ago and had a good experience, so I didn't think twice about using them again. I paid a deposit just shy of $1K and was told the wait would be 4-6 weeks. After two months I gave them a call and was told that the main office would call me back the next day for an install date. Over the next two weeks I would call Sylvia at Fitz, she was consistently polite but unhelpful, other than to tell me that is was the main office that would be calling, which they never did. Eleven weeks after putting down my deposit and not hearing a word I called Sylvia and asked for my deposit back. Sylvia said, "Give me one more chance to make this right. I'll call you back within the hour." Seven hours later I still hadn't heard back so I called again; Sylvia sounded surprised I was calling, having clearly forgotten about me despite the ongoing dysfunctional relationship we had shared over the last weeks. She agreed to process my refund. A week later, and still no refund. I called the main office myself and asked for the person responsible for customer service, Jerry. I left a voicemail explaining the situation; I'm still waiting for a reply. After two more failed calls to Jerry I ended up calling Sylvia again, who processed my refund (she didn't know why it hadn't been done yet). I suspect that my flooring was never ordered in the first place, because it seemed like Sylvia was relieved to just give me my money back rather than having to explain whatever monkey show they have going on over there. In this economy I am surprised a greater effort wasn't made to keep my business.
