Picky

A couple of years back we had the unfortunate experience of coming home one evening to a freezing cold house. I called the usual Service provider who came out reluctantly. He poked around for a few hours and tried and tried. I contacted another contractor the next day who also was unsuccessful. My friend gave me the card of "The Specialist" at Excel. He came out promptly and informed me that he liked a good challenge. Within and hour and approx $400. he had the beast up and running again. Just want to give a big warm "Thank You" to Grant Gray (The Specialist). I know who to call and would recommend their services to anyone.
