We are very happy with the installation of both the bay window and the storm door. It feels much warmer in the house already and very quiet from the busy street noise outside. We got the triple window with the krypton gas. Very happy. thank you.

Strongly recommend this company. Exceptional work and true to the contract including giving us a warranty document for the work. Very good price and bonus we can even pay with credit card. We called a few other companies who were willing to overcharge us over double the price of Aquatech. Amazing team of 3 guys who finish all the waterproofing work in 2 days. They dag the exterior middle side of the basement wall then the two corners of the house. After the work was completed they cleaned up everything nice. Thank you so much Andrew and team.

Professionals. I was sold when I got the booklet with a lot of information about roofs and choices. They came when they said they would. The drop off the supplies the day before like they said they would. After the roof was done and the owner came, he went on the roof to inspect to make sure everything was as it should.

Lazio built a wood fence for us using pressure treated wood. We love his signature design and the finished product is amazing. He was quick and efficient and charged us according to our contract.

We recently contracted PEG to do the demolition of our old kitchen and installation of IKEA cabinet. I would highly recommend their installation team as they did an excellent job on the installation, protecting the homeowner’s assets (by covering any work areas with cardboard) and working with the customer to help them meet what they envision for the kitchen space. They were friendly and courteous showing up read to work each day they were in but also staying a little later than planned when they could. I would however not recommend using PEG for the demolition part of the job. I would rather suggest that you either do it yourself or have someone else hired for this task. We were very concerned when the demo team was done on the 1st day. Right off the bat they failed to protect the kitchen before or during the work, dropping plaster onto our tiled floor and oven which we are still scrubbing to try to get it removed. They also walked dust and debris over our hardwood floors leading in and out of our house. They did try to sweep up when they finished up but left piles of debris in corners and swept dirt into the space between the floor and wall which ended up all over our basement laundry room. We spent a couple hours after they left cleaning up after the demo team. Next in our contract with PEG we had worked out to have the walls behind all the cabinets dry-walled to a smooth finish and we would supply the materials. The guys doing the demo said that because our original walls were plaster it would be easier to save as much as possible of the walls and fix up any areas that needed it, otherwise a separate team would have had to come in to install the drywall. I told them that since we had already bought the materials we wanted the drywall done. When they called us over to say the walls were completed they had not followed what was in the contract or my instructions and had instead done a patch job on our existing plaster walls that was not done to a smooth finish and there were holes in the walls that were not even patched. I mentioned this to their team and they said they had run out of compound and would not be able to finish the walls that day. I provided them with a new container of compound I had bought for the job and said they could now finish the job that day. I left to go to work myself and later heard from my wife how they did not fill all of the holes pointed out to them but just put drywall tape over them and the walls were left very uneven (we had to level off the walls ourselves before doing our backsplash). She then mentioned how they had started to pack up to leave and took the full container of compound I had given them to use for my home. She had to make them return it since they had not used it and it was not theirs to take. Lastly PEG had a person specially coming in to shut off our gas stove safely. The demo team disconnected our stove themselves and did not cap the line properly before the proper person showed up. This was a major safety issue as when the person for the gas showed he had to redo the shut off properly, capping the line and then proceeded to call either PEG or the demo team (we were not sure which) to complain himself about how careless this was. If we were to rate the installation team alone then PEG would get a 9.5/10 but due to the shabby efforts of the demo team we cannot in good conscience rate the overall experience as anything greater than 6/10.

We had Toronto Granite install the black galaxy granite counter tops installed in our kitchen which includes a small island. They were very professional and showed up on their appointment day. They did the measurements on Wednesday and installed on the following Monday. They did a great job on the installation and we would recommend them to anyone who wants great prices and professional installation. Great job!

Northwood replaced our old 22-year-old furnace and our 48-year-old water air conditioning unit with new ones (York models). We got a few estimates from different people and everyone offered us something different. We ended up choosing Northwood because they also do their own metal work for the new ducts as well as they gave us a written quotation on the company’s letter head. They completed the work on the appointment date (in 2 days) as per the contract. They were very polite and clean. Thank you Jeremy for explained all the work you have done and in answering all our questions. Northwood has also filled out our warranty papers and sent it in to York on our behalf, which means less hassles for us since the serial number on the furnace is located inside the unit. The only thing that we did not like was that the air conditioning unit did not come with a cover. Overall, we are very happy that we have chosen Northwood and well worth the money. We rate this company a 10 out of 10. Thank you Northwood!
