I moved from one house to another withing Ottawa. I contacted several movers. AMJ Campbell was the only company that did a walk through of my before estimating cost. AMJ Campbell cost was as good as any of the movers that gave me an estimate. The movers were professional, arrived a bit early, worked quickly and carefully, and were friendly. Overall, a very good move.

The service from Appliance Surgeons was friendly and the waste water pump in my dishwasher was replaced with minimal disruption to my routine. The dishwasher is working fine now. My only complaint is I had to wait about a week to get the repair done.

Appleseed failed to clear the left side of my driveway after each snowfall this winter. I complained 3 times, spread over more than a week, before receiving a response. When I called back I was put on hold for more than an hour. When I finally talked to customer service rep, she argued that even though my contract is for a double width driveway Appleseed was not obligated to clear double width. I told her I sent a photo showing the problem. She claimed not to have received it. I told her when I sent it, and she looked at it and finally admitted that there was a problem. She said she informed the area manager of this and hoped that the driver would clear the left side for me. The next snowfall the driver skipped my driveway completely.

Dan came to fix a wiring issue that was beyond my ability. He did the job quickly and effectively. He was also available on short notice, which was very convenient.
