We have had Ivan here to look at other appliances, and were very happy with his work. I called regarding my oven that suddenly stopped working. Ivan was on a call but said he would phone back in 45 minutes. He called back much sooner, recalling a similar call that he had had a while before. He encouraged me to turn off the power to the stove at the breaker. I had thought I had done that already, but he waited on the phone while I flicked the switches and returned to find that the power was still on!!! The switches had been mis-labeled. Ivan very patiently repeated what I should be looking for, and this time I found the correct, though incorrectly labeled switch. After turning the power off and back on, I returned to the stove to find the oven now worked as before!!! Ivan could have made a house call to do the same, but he was willing to guide me through the process on the phone. Amazing! I would very highly recommend Ivan and Number One Appliance repair!!
