I had my roof done on June 18th by this company and they ripped my $3000 awning that I purchased 4 years ago and had no damage prior to this. Unfortunately I didn't notice this until after they had left and I was hosing off my back patio and saw a shingle on the awning with the nail through it. I called the owner Wei and he said he'd come take a look the next day. When he came he said he would fix it and so I asked him how and he said "with duct tape" I said "I don't think so as this cost me a lot of money" He said "well I can't afford to buy you a new one Sweetie" then he offered me $20 to get the stuff and fix it myself. I said I would call around and get some quotes and see if it could be fixed and let him know the outcome. In calling 3 companies I was told fixing it wouldn't last, whether it be sewn (which involves taking the tarp off and taking it somewhere) it is 18ft w x 10' or patching it so the tarp would need replacing. I received 2 quotes which I sent Wei via text on June 21st & he said he would contact his insurance company about this. I have since texted him 5 times & spoken to him last on June 30th at which time he said he would get back to me by last Monday July 4th for sure and he hasn't and isn't replying to my text messages. When they came to do my roof there were 3 trucks all with different Company names so just beware if the quote he gives you has his first name only Wei and I wouldn't deal with them even though he's cheaper than other companies due to only doing Cash deals to save you the tax. His quote also had FULL INSURANCE printed on the top of the page but I honestly don't think he has any Insurance. I am in Caledon.
