I had a leak coming from my ensuite shower a couple of weeks ago. My tenant called Ideal Plumbing & Heating to have it repaid. It was determined that it was a dry seal (original shower drain) cost of the part was approximately $50.00. service call was approximately 1 hour. To the best of my knowledge the job was done well. I received a bill for $667.83, which was extremely high in my mind for such a job. After writing the company a few times and trying to get a proper explanation of costs. The Owner then was willing to reduce the cost by approx. $200.00 which was a more reasonable cost for their service. Job was done well but I will not likely use their service again because of their high costs.

I contacted Sam to get a quote on some bathroom renovations that was planning on doing. Unlike other plumbing companies he gave me the exact time when he was able to come see my project (no 4 hour window like most places). He was prompt and his prices were very fare. When I asked him to do the job his crew were prompt, clean and efficient and now I can relax and enjoy my new ensuite bathroom. Thanks Sam and Flowtek you guys are #1 in my books.
