Interior railings, posts, pickets, doors and window trim in rental suite
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Recently we (my husband and I) had a significant portion of our rental suite (window trim in the "French door" style - rather time consuming and requiring a degree of technical precision and experience), our railing leading from the ground to the upper floor as well as various doors painted by the team of MODA finishes and were quite content with the results. Adam, Matthew, and Jason only used the finest products (Benjamin Moore – low or no VOC, volatile organic compound, based paints and primers), and did a very nice job. Being a realtor in the Lower Mainland myself and having to deal with home owners moving into and out of homes quite frequently I have a real appreciation and keen eye for what is and is not quality painting.
