Calling Enrique was as easy as 1 2 3. We wanted to prune our crab apple tree and remove some thorny shrubs for years. We finally called on a Monday and Enrique said he would come over on Tuesday, he gave us an estimate and we excepted and he was able to come the next day. A two man crew was able to remove the hedges that are above a gas main, bell and rogers line. They did it all by hand and were very carful not to affect any of our services. They pruned the tree which was growing into our electrical service line, all this and cleaned up within two hours. For the estimate and work Enrique came at the time he said and did the job as he said he would. The end result is that we wished we had called him sooner. Would definitely recommend this company. Thanks for a job well done.

We hired this company since we had them do our bathroom three years earlier. Judging on our past experience with getting a quote, timeline, and workmanship we definitely hired them again. We had worked a bit with Lina before and Jonathan was new to us, but they helped incredibly with our choices and the building of the pantry side since there were some unique angles and spaces in this older home, we needed some professional help here. We also new the installer Wes and Sebastian since Wes did our bathroom to make it more accessible for myself and with that we knew how the work would be done, always asking questions about a unique situation and there were many in this kitchen and it did not phase him or Sebastian. Also the electrician Anatoly also showed what kind of work he does and for the kitchen did a remarkable job with no disturbances to the rest of the house. With any large renovation there is always some mysteries when you tear down a wall and this time everyone's adlibbing and creativeness created extra space on the unique pantry side, creating more floor space and a new cubby hole behind the pantry with the door in the stairwell to the basement. Lots of extra storage space that is easier to access. BONUS. Wes and Sebastian then cleaned up that stairwell creating more headroom to the utility basement. At the end of the project every where was cleaned inside and out where they worked. We are very happy with the entire process. Thanks to the entire team. We are very happy.

Well, as two times before we needed doors and a front window so we called Galaxy and as always they did a great job in a timely matter. As always Dimitry came over and was ready to meet our requirements. This time since it was the front doors we went fancy and were not disappointed. This was the third time using them and the third different crew and each crew was excellent. We have an old house with many adjustment over the years and this did not phase the installation crew. Everything was as promised and then some. Unfortunately this will be our last time using them since all our windows and all four doors have been done by them so they should be lasting us a long time. Thanks all at Galaxy. It's been a great experience.

I searched for a company to change my old 8x4 deck to a 13x8 deck. I found Ryan's Just Deck It company among other and tried to get some quotes last year for this year. Ryan took the time to come out and give us a quote even though we were looking for the following year. He was very personable and has great knowledge of his profession. We reserved a spot for early this year and when the weather finally warmed up, they started just as we wanted. Ryan and his team worked diligently keeping all of our concerns as they proceeded. They left everything clean and organized every day after they finished. Their attention to details for every measurement and cut were evident in the finished product and even for something that we asked for was made to look better then we ever would of thought of. Ryan would point out to us the choices that were available before proceeding in the project. At the end, the finished product was what we were expecting and then some. The details that Ryan and his team put in is what puts this deck over the top. I would highly recommend Just Deck It for there work, professionalism, respect and cleanliness. You get what you pay for, and for us we got a deck that will make our backyard a vacation every day. Thank you so much, we love it.

I had an emergency issue with my back door. The door that was installed in the back was a quick renovation for sale, so when we purchased the house it looked good. However, short cuts were taken and one stormy evening with heavy rain falling the short cuts showed with water coming into the house around the door, especially the basement (no proper base). I called edoors and Dmitri was able to come out quite quick and gave us a great breakdown of what needed to be done, with some flares that we through in since the door needed replacement soon. We signed with him that day and then Alex came by the next day to get the final measurements. It wasn't easy since that quick reno back in 1998 (as per the date on the little window beside the door) made for some creative and thoughtful calculations by Alex to make our project work. In the end, we had a new back door and a storm door and the little window that made the instalation that much more difficult. Customer service is very important to them as it shows with the finished product and the water problem a distant memory. The heavy rains during huricane Sandy were never an issue. This review is not about the clogged drain, it is more about the service I have received from them over the years during my renovations. Greg and his team are always very personal and prompt responding to my various projects. From a reworking of my pipes and drains in the basement to a clogged drain, no matter how big or small the job the work is handled very proffesionally and at the end of it all you feel very confident in the work that has been done. I have been using Advance over the past 5 years and I am very happy and wil always be dealing with advanced plumbing for all my future needs.
