After getting tired of waiting, I found out about ScreenMasters and called them instead. Within 48 hours, they came on site and fixed my screen door perfectly at a very reasonable price of $70. They even offered to come back in a few days to replace the wheels which they didn't have in stock at the time, all at no extra cost. I actually ended up feeling guilty for not paying them more if you can believe that.
