Masterclean was assigned by my insurance company following a negative experience with another contractor. The project coordinator was friendly and walked me through the process in detail. The work was done in a professional manner and on schedule. The company went out of its way to facilitate any requests I had. Although I didn’t meet all the people who worked on my condo, I did meet most of them. They were friendly, very approachable and willing to answer any questions. Masterclean managed to make a stressful time a little easier. I would definitely use their services again in the future.
