Ordered a new double garage door from HDS and had them install it along with a new jackshaft garage door opener. Joe visited, measured, provided an estimate and did an amazing 1-man install in less than half a day once the custom ordered door was finally in. If every company I dealt with had people like Joe we wouldn't need HomeStars anymore. (HomeStars editors, please remove the images, they were from another review)

Needed to upgrade from 100A to 200A for hot tub and run long cable for hot tub panel outside. Jeff was great in explaining work to be done and pricing was clear. Replaced the original 100A panel and 60A add-on from previous home owner renos with a 200A with new breakers on all circuits. Impressive job with the panel upgrade and the hot tub cable run was done cleanly. Was also interested in getting a generator installed by them but that might be for another day. They went above and beyond by removing some old exterior wiring and capping and sealing the cable for future use if needed.

Motor for ice maker stopped working. Apparently blew and caused the main control board to go. RTC technician was able to find part and order which required a second visit. Technician was great, repair was scheduled and completed after part arrived. A bit pricey but fridge is like new again. Only complaint is they only tell you if you have an AM or PM appointment. Half to waste a half day waiting for them to arrive.

Needed a few damaged/missing soffit panels on the ceiling of our porch replaced in a rush due to listing our home. They came quickly to give a free estimate and were able to squeeze in the repair work in the time we needed it completed. Took them a bit longer than expected as they were repairing shoddy work that was originally done but they got it done. They had to return to replace an additional panel the following day which they did for no extra cost. I did find a few small metal scraps that I found and had to remove before anyone stepped on them but overall quite pleased with the work.
