I am a recent owner in the Langley site (Willoughby West), and I regret buying from Foxridge. They don't live up to their reputation at all. I had the worst experience with them. - The house finishing is horrible and lacks attention to details. The basement flooded just 2 weeks after living in the house because of rocks they left in. - The warranty person does not respond during an emergency. - They don't build the house according to the agreed plan. - The house lacks common sense in usability when it comes to electrical mapping for light switches. - The list goes on!
