In an age where customer service is unreliable, and quality sometimes hit and miss, these greats are superb. We've used them at least once or twice a year for about five years. They're outstanding in customer relationships, and likewise in service and quality. I am always grateful for their help. Specifics: They cleaned both rugs and furniture, always delivering more than contracted. Striking too is how considerate they are. We've had occasions where they've had to work around schedules or people in our home. They have accomplished all without complaint. I encourage you to book them without delay and question.

The dynamic duo just left our home green and spotless again today. Furniture, carpets and slate floors all are now clean, sparkling and protected. I write "craftsmen" deliberately. They commitment to impeccability from first contact to end of job recalls a time when commitment to quality and relationship trumped transaction and cold, production line efficiency. I wish they offered even more services - house building, renovations, gardening and more - because their standards and delivery are so high. A pure delight to work with. (Considerate too: I have a fractured foot and they were very thoughtful while performing their tasks about my limited mobility). Thank you!

It's redundant to repeat the same accolades and appreciation as my first post on this company. They are a shining example of how all business - in any sector - should operate: care first about the customer, the service and the quality. Their product is best for those wanting green technology too. Selfless service. From sales to the craftspeople, they care deeply about relationships with customers as they do about their workmanship. A wonderful group of people and a joy to work with.

Go here first: do not go elsewhere. Their mantra -which is aligned in actions - is we work on your home as if it's our own. That is accurate. They walk the talk. They are electricians, yes, but also craftsmen, knowing how to execute both the technical and creative sides of a job. They also were extremely diplomatic and collaborative with their peers, other craftspeople working in our home simultaneously. They have excellent relationship skills, back their work with excellent guarantees and are a joy to work with. Quinn was a joy to work with, but so too all his colleagues. Go here first - and stay!

Two skilled, deeply caring craftsmen, restored a floor neglected for 20 years to its youth. The difference was vast. They are reliable, meticulous, conscientious and extremely buttoned down. No surprises, clear directions before, during and after the service provided. A wonderful experience. Go here first.

Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

To business that claim to be "customer-centric:" go study Ecochoice Windows and doors customer service personnel, installers and business model to learn about extraordinary customer service. Gabriel (sales), was by far the most attentive, attuned, thoughtful, thorough, proactive sales rep of the three companies we considered. His continuous follow up reassured us that all was well. No surprises. Alex, the installer, is as much an artisan as installer. He understands and cares for older homes (and the people who live in them). Along with his colleague he was meticulous, thoughtful and very considerate. Their product is outstanding: I was especially concerned about products that can withstand an ever harsher climate and weather patterns (strong winds, large amounts of rain, extreme temps) and these passed all tests. Pricing was extremely fair. This business could teach others about customer service as it should be practiced (versus the type where message platforms, bottom lines and bureaucracy drive all transactions). We will return!

An indifferent sales rep, poor follow up sales, great delivery men, great (and honest) installer, poor planning by sales rep, no return phone calls, great pick up men (except through no fault of their own the pick up was five days late). I still await my bil of sale ten days after purchase. I didn't realize business was so good at Sears!

As I have been electrocuted by wooden slide rules, I tend to shy away from anything to do with building. Jeff and his team, Larry and Scott, brought confidence, competence, meticulousness and kindness to the job of beautifully restoring a formerly ugly chimney to our early 1900s home.
