Dan did a fantastic job of explaining the work required and the costs associated with each of the repairs we required. As we obtained multiple quotations for the overall job, we know that he prices his work fairly. He answered all our questions promptly and made it easy for us to understand exactly what work would be undertaken. Dan and his crew arrived when scheduled and they worked every day for two weeks until the entire job was completed. He provided daily updates and took us on walkarounds through each phase of the construction so we could review the work in detail. The completed job looks fantastic as our 2 previously crumbling chimneys are now an attractive focal point of our home! Even the final cleanup was meticulously completed. Highly recommended!

I have a 70 year old Kelvinator fridge that several others declined to service. As the fridge was purchased new by my father, it has sentimental value and I wanted to get it repaired. I contacted Joe and he immediately responded. He passed along my request to an associate, Colin and kept following up with me in parallel. Colin was excellent - he highlighted some of the potential issues with vintage fridges before coming out which was very helpful. He arrived exactly when expected and was very friendly and totally professional throughout. The fridge is now running ice-cold again.
