Blake got in touch and will be fixing the eavestrough that former tenants damaged and repaired in a suboptimal fashion. The original roof and the rest of the eavestrough are in good shape.

I am concerned this review makes it appear that we are avoiding repairs to our work that we are responsible for which is indeed not the case.
