We chose Worry Free after receiving 4 other comparable estimates from other GAF Certified roofing contractors including 2 other Master Elite companies. Their quote specified the exact products to be installed by manufacturer including the snow & ice shield, underlay, shingles, flashing, etc. When those products were delivered by their supplier, I discovered that one of them was incorrect, contacted Matt at Worry Free and the mistake was quickly corrected. The installation crew under foreman, Ron was excellent. All of the crew members appeared to be very experienced, polite and hardworking. We were happy to provide them with cold drinks for which they were very grateful. Our main house roof and 2 garden sheds were completed within 2 days of starting and would have been finished sooner except for the uncertain weather conditions which Ron monitored closely. The roofs look great and the workmanship was top notch. Clean-up was very good; although given the layout of our grounds & gardens it was challenging for it to be perfect. I would recommend Worry Free. I suggest to anyone considering a new roof that you do your homework. Obtain multiple quotes from reputable companies for exactly the same products in order to compare apples to apples, look at their reviews, ask for referrals and follow-up to make sure everything is done according to your agreement in order that any accidental mistake is caught and fixed quickly.
