Project: Partial demolition, grading and rebuild of a parking pad approximately 18 x 16 feet that had cracked and sunken. George at Rooterworx led the project and was very professional and quick. He expedited the project (due to forecasted rain) and was able to complete it entirely in less than two weeks of the approved quote. The entire project was completed with 3 site visits in the same week (Monday - Friday). The pad was formed & built-up about 10 inches with aggregate to achieve the proper slope to the lane. Steel mesh was added to support the 5 inch concrete pour. Broom finish. The final result was exactly as discussed and done much more quickly than expected and in a tight space to get a concrete truck in ( narrow laneway). I highly recommend George crew & Rooterworx.
