Got a call one evening from Pioneer. Usually I don't do work with telemarketers but the guy on the phone was quite different than your usual telemarketer. He actually listened to what I was saying and answered my questions with patience, instead of talking over me. Against my habit, I decided to schedule an appointment with them. And I am SO glad that I did. He answered our questions about the different window and door styles and helped us weigh the pros and cons of the three styles we had in mind. The level of service was definitely beyond what we were expecting. The installation was done quickly, with minimal mess left behind. All in all, we are very happy with Pioneer and will be asking for them to do our front door, screen door, and garage door next year!
