Disappointing experience. The price of the stove was better than any other retailer I could find (saved ~$200) but the customer service was horrible - and ultimately I wouldn't recommend them. I knew the exact make & model I wanted so it should've been a straightforward deal, but support & follow up was poor. I had to call weekly to get updates on the product availability, I had to phone multiple times to schedule & confirm delivery, and most of the reps I dealt with over the phone were quite rude. The delivery itself was smooth, but the hassle ahead of it was not worth it.

AMAZING!! You don't need to look any further if you're interested in getting rid of your popcorn ceilings or making your walls straight & smooth. Ed is simply a top class contractor - hardworking, honest, and pleasant to deal with. I'd recommend him every time over any of the other stucco crews. As a one-man operation his price was better than those other companies, while the duration of the job was the exact same. He even came in under the quote cost and finished a day ahead of schedule! We had the popcorn ceilings removed and the walls smoothed-out in our living room, dining room, two hallways, and the main stairway. The ceilings & walls are absolutely fantastic now!.. long runs are crisp and straight, and the ceilings are extremely smooth. Ed was great at protecting our floors, fireplace, gumwood trim. He removed the plate rail as requested, and took time to reinforce & repair any plaster cracks, sags, or weak spots (almost the entire job had the original 90-year old lath & plaster under the texture). The job itself is messy, and living through it we certainly tracked dust throughout the house - despite sealing off all the other doors. But a good vacuum and cleaning the next day took care of everything. We're absolutely thrilled with the results and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Skilled Taper! If you want to remove your popcorn ceilings definitely give Ed a call.

This was such a straightforward, hassle-free process from start to finish... if only all home projects were like that! Hossein was always reachable (even late on a weekend), the price quoted was better than the competition, and the installation was setup for two days later. The work was done efficiently with a crew of 3 - all nice and respectful - with good care taken to minimize debris and protect the flooring & furniture. Very pleased.
