To have a contractor do what the said the were going to do, Do it when they said there were going to do it. Have it done on the agreed cost. Work full days to get it done when the said it would be completed is PRICELESS. We have been renovating our house for the past 3 years with all trades we have had no other crew work as hard with such quality workmanship. When you have neighbor's stop buy to say how great of a change your new roof made to the house and how hard the workers worked can I get there number is proof positive we made a great decision. We have recommended Stan to friends who also feel the same way after getting there roof done. We only wish we had an other house so we could see Stan and his guys again!!!
