Andrew was our 2nd attempt to fix a valve on our hotwater tank. The first tech who came was clueless and suggested it’d be easier to rent another tank instead of fixing our 3yr old one! Andrew was prompt, courteous and very understanding of our frustrations. He took time to not only fix the issue, but addressed a couple other concerns, fully explaining everything he was doing. He even showed my husband how he could do a small repair in his own if needed! Andrew proved to be a man of integrity who genuinely cares about his work. We will be keeping his details for future reference and recommending him ALL over the place!!

Sam was genuine and engaging as he advised of Beyond Maintenance Services. We scheduled them to do our windows and they were prompt and courteous. They were very competitively priced and we're thrilled with the sparkling results . The folks who did the work removed their shoes to access a few of the windows on the interior, which was appreciated. Overall, the job was quick and thorough!
