The process was more involved than i expected but needed to be done anyway. The company is first class to deal with in terms of responding promptly, organizing the whole job which involved hydro as well, courteous. Although there are utility and inspection authorities that need to be dealt with during an upgrade to a main electrical service, our many years of experience have helped us navigate easily. Who knew deadbolts die?? I called, John answered my queries and came asap to help us get out of our house. He provided us with numerous options for repair and in the end, installed a new bolt into our existing lock. I would highly recommend his service and will be in touch when next we need a hero!!
Unfortunately Gisele, locks do wear out and eventually die. In your instance we were fortunate enough to be able to supply a replacement part for your deadbolt that allowed you to keep the rest of the existing door lock hardware on your door. we had a leak that was most prevalent with heavy rains. Rick was fabulous and his team identified and fixed the problem in i think 15 minutes. Personable company, very efficient and HONEST!!! (worth every penny). We will be relying on them for a reroof in the spring. The one critique is that they're super busy which means you will have to be extra patient for follow up calls etc.

This is a company that represents quality and service...hands down!! From the online request followed by an immediate call to set up an appointment, to the measurements taken a week later and to a perfect perfect install with superb workmanship and clean up!! No other company came close and we were extremely happy. We replaced a sliding door and a side door, all windows into tilt sliders and a crappy bedroom window into a 33-33-33 split casement. all triple pane and all gorgeous!! thanks Sandy and Mark! great job
our old skylights were leaking. a review of our existing units showed a horrible patch up and repair over time. the company removed the old ones and installed new glass velux units. a clean, efficient and perfect job!

this company is professional, courteous and extremely worth every penny. the service cleans from the furnace out, all the returns and all the vents. don't spend $99 - it's a total scam. Go with the professional
