Marko has done a wide variety of small handyman jobs at our house twice over the last year and each time it has been a very positive experience. He is a pleasure to deal with, he does good quality work work and gets the job done efficiently. I have no doubt that we will continue to use his services.

Chris is a very experienced and skilled professional who takes a lot of pride in his work. He did such a great job with the brick replacement at our three story house that it is difficult to even spot the new bricks. He shows up when promised and is diligent in getting the work done. His prices are reasonable.

Darren and his crew are clearly very experienced professionals who take pride in the quality of their work and their customer service. Our job turned out to be considerably more extensive than we anticipated once the old layers of flat roof were removed but they did a good job explaining our options and I feel confident that their work will hold up for years to come.

Last month Alec and his crew built us a beautiful cedar roof deck on our third floor. We cannot wait for the weather to improve so that we can start using it. Alec is obviously a real pro and the whole job was done flawlessly in just two days. He also offered the best price from the quotes we had obtained.

We obtained several quotes last fall for a new high energy efficiency furnace and Reliable had the lowest quote. In the past we have run into problems when selecting the lowest quote for our home renovations but I am happy to say that has not been the case with Reliable. They did a great job with the installation and the furnace works well. What really sets Reliable apart however is their great service. Our furnace recently stopped working and they came out the same day to check it out. The problem turned out to be caused by an extreme amount of dust due to concrete work that was being done in the basement. Rob cleaned out our furnace and replaced the filter without charge.
