Great, quick, affordable and non-nonsense service and removal. I had a previous quote for the same work at double the price. Troy is a very knowledgable and pleasant service technician and I would recommend him to any of my friends and family.

I had a birds nest in a corner of my dormer soffit that I wanted to be addressed. I made an appointment for 3pm. My phone call went though many channels but it went swiftly. The sales person came at 6:30pm because of traffic. They let me know what needs to be done and also told me I should get two other areas sealed up so that they never need to come back. The cost was almost $800. When I told them I did not have this kind of money and would like to just do the one area where we have the nest they refused and said they cannot take a job less than $500 and that maybe I should just throw the extra on a credit card. I since found another company that did the job and the extras suggested for under $400. I suggest people get another quote as this company has alot of overhead that the customer has to pay for.

Basically we signed at 10 year contract for a water filter with no way of getting out of it. Within a month of realizing it they did not let us cancel the contract. We were first time home owners and were sold that once we install it they will prove to us how we are saving money and will come back in 3 months showing it through our other bills. We did not know any better. It has been 4 years now. No one returns my calls. I have never had anyone come for any filer change. I really dont know what to do at this point. We have been completely robbed and its somehow legal.
