Robert and his team did a great job rebuilding and reshingling my roof. As his team started in on the roof, they found more rotting wood and leaking than expected and had to do more work that originally expected, which would come at an additional cost. Rob was quick to call me to discuss different options, and he was good at laying out the pros and cons of the more expensive and less expensive options. (We went with the less expensive option, which he assured me would still last for 20 years or so.) The work took about a half day longer than originally expected, and everything looked great in the end. Some tar from the roof got on the neighbor's recently painted house, and Rob's team took the neighbor's concern seriously and tried to scrub it off. When that didn't work, he graciously wrote the neighbor a cheque for the cost of bringing the painter back to paint it. The resolution was quick and without any unnecessary negotiation, which is a big reason (in addition to quality roof work) that I would recommend Norris Roofing to others.
