We called Pest X Exterminators (Kernersville office) a few weeks ago to schedule a time for them to come out and check our house for a problem we've had (on and off) for the past 2 years ........earwigs! The receptionist offered a date which was within the next few days.......which really impressed me! Chuck (representative/inspector) came out, introduced himself to my husband and I. He explained the services, follow up treatments, etc., (quarterly, throughout the year), "in detail" to us. After our discussion, Chuck went right to work, checking both inside and outside (including going into the crawl space, under the house). He also sprayed both inside and out for the earwigs and "other" pests. After doing a thorough inspection Chuck discussed his findings with us, as well as treatment options (performed quarterly, throughout the year. The prices and follow up treatments were discussed in detail with us. We "highly" recommend Pest X Exterminators (and Chuck) to everyone! Chuck is most definitely very personable, professional and knowledgeable about pest and termite inspection, as well as the treatment options for both. His pleasant and sincere personality mean so much to us, as customers. He wants his customers to be "completely" satisfied with the services he and Pest X Exterminators have to provide.
