Major bathroom Reno that took way to long. We had a few problems along the way that were looked after but the flooring installation turned out to be a disaster. Floor installer was the plumber as well, his lack of experience was our biggest problem. 4 months after completion the grout started cracking they came back twice to repair but the problem is still apparent now they won't call or email me back. Terrible customer service stay far away !
