I hired Ignacio from Lam's to help complete a few items. Firstly we hired him to fix a leak in the stand up shower in a rental unit, which was completed by a GC during a full home reno last May. He handled that amazingly amidst the COVID situation. The tenants were sensitive since there was a basement reno being completed. He kept the site very clean and installed 2 layers of dust protection per my request. He was careful with removing shoes, wearing gloves, noise and cleanliness and this is a amazing coming from an Architects who has worked with multiple trades in both the commercial and residential sector! Not only that he was patient and listened to the details of my comments, and investigated the issue and resolved is thoroughly. He was also very flexible and respected both my request and the renters who were in the apartment during most of his work! The technical fix was thoroughly understood and he Ignacio also completed the tiling backsplash for out basement unit and will also be completing a few smaller jobs that the previous GC missed (ie 45 min door install, and sound barrier). I would use Ignacio on a much bigger job in the future if we have one as that is what he is use to... because dealing with him and his personality was much smoother which makes the a world of difference! I highly recommend Ignacio!!!! Great attention to detail!

We needed a exterior door install completed within two days to alleviate our existing GC from scope of work to get a project done on time. Igor got back to me within an hour and had a guy ready to come the same day! It was amazing and great communicators. We needed Igor and team to come back because the door settled and temperature/humidity changed and the lock needed to be adjusted. They did it the same day I called. Amazing guys thank you so much! Fast and efficient. I would use you again!

They were great and got the job done earlier than expected. They were sensitive to our situation with Tenants above. They accommodated with what we could provide in term of power and were great communicators! Great job!

Alex has an energy and enthusiasm that made getting this job done with him a pleasure . He communicated clearly before the job, was on time and was prepared with the right parts. He gave us useful info on how to maintain the dryer and even swapped the door on the unit from one side to the other without charging us anything extra. 10/10 would hire again.
