Water and ice dispenser repair
Alex resounded to my inquiry right away. I needed the water dispenser lever replaced and the ice maker repaired. Alex sent pictures of the replacement part in advance. He was polite, efficient and also swept up afterwards. I would highly recommended him!
Jordan was very diligent and very professional. He carefully inspected the wiring in my living room and was able to determine that the light fixture was the issue. He also trouble-shooted issues with the lights in my kitchen (same issue - it was the lights not the wiring). Jordan was great at explaining the issues to me and what repairs he did. He was very friendly and professional - would highly recommend him!

Crew of 3 showed up right on time. They were friendly and professional. They explained everything clearly. They stacked the storage area as I had requested. Quoting process was also very efficient and transparent. Would highly recommend and will use them again! Thank you to Junior, Jevon and Arresh (the crew) and Rob Nunner, the sales rep.
RCC was top notch. The crew was amazingly fast (2 days). What really impressed me was how polite and professional the crew was. It was very hot but they were working tirelessly. They cleaned up as they worked - the worksite was so tidy! I would highly recommend RCC. Although expensive was well worth the investment. Please call Danny in customer service if you want a quote :)
