We purchased a new home and got a high end humidifer installed from Mason. Our builder did a check up and indicated the humidifer was not wired properly. We left 8 messages for Mason to call us back and got no response. I got a second opnion from an outside contractor who confirmed the unit was not wired properly. We tried leaving more messages for Mason and no returned calls. I had to pay for another contractor to correct the job. I would not recommend.
