Art and his team did an outstanding job on our two-storey deck and we couldn't be happier. I am picky when it comes to home upgrades and they were great to deal with at every step of the process. Here is what impressed me about Art: 1. He stuck to his promises with regards to timelines. 2. He honoured his original quote even though material costs were increasing. 3. His pricing was fair. 4. His charge for accessories was very reasonable. 5. He was a professional and did not over promise and under deliver. 6. And, most importantly, he went beyond building code and overbuilt certain aspects of the structure without me even asking. Thanks for all your hard work Art and team...we really appreciate it and will be recommending you whenever we get the opportunity. We cannot wait to use our deck next year!

Charton was great to deal with. He was knowledgeable, upfront and accessible throughout the process. He got back to me promptly and gave me a fair deal right away without the need for back and forth negotiations. The install crew that he sent out were thorough and very respectful of the home. Nice guys. The only downside to the whole experience was that they were 2hrs late on the day of install. I didn't dock them marks for this because all other aspects of the experience were positive and Charton apologized and gave me a small credit on the bill. The company seems very organized overall, so I would think this doesn't occur on a regular basis. Other than that, a great experience and I would definitely recommend them.
