Called Reliance Yanch re: my furnace not coming on. Technician Ryan Groisbeck called ahead to let me know he was arriving shortly. He diagnosed faulty motor quickly and explained what was happening. The new motor was installed and the furnace was tested. Ryan advised me on the proper filter to use and how to set the thermostat. Polite courteous service. Very impressed. Frank Oro, Ontario

Steve Bowden came to my house to do an annual service on my furnace and air conditioner. He did a thorough job of going over everything.
