My experience with Great Canadian was exceptional. From the quality of work to my interactions with several different departments, this organization was truly professional. During the course of the project I noted a couple minor deficiencies. To my surprise (from past experience with other contractors) the issues were rectified in a timely manor with no questions asked. Great Canadian Roofing and Siding will be my first call for any future exterior renovations.

The booking process was straightforward and hassle fee. The technician was very professional, clean, and took time to show me the problem with the unit. He even gave suggestions as to prevent it from happening in the future. Was very happy dealing with Appliance Force, and appreciated the ability to pay for the service on site via credit card.

David and his team at Big Top were very professional. We appreciated the service they provided in working through our insurance claim and exterior upgrades. Before signing off on the finished product there was a few minor deficiencies as there almost always is on projects of this scope. David and his team addressed these promptly and without question. End Result...Job completed as quoted, as planned, and completely to our satisfaction. We would certainly recommend Big Top to anyone considering roofing and exterior upgrades, or insurance claims. Thank you David and Team!!
