although we didn't meet Wayne personally, our contractor recommended him to us for the dampproofing of our foundation around the addition to our home. This service is a one time deal, and is inspected by the city for approval before the ground can be replaced around the foundation. We thought the price was very good and we had no complaints what-so-ever.
Our addition to our home required an extention to our roof, but found that trying to match our existing roof to the new one would not be possible. They recommended we redo the entire roof and so the original cost was a bit more than what we anticipated. But at the end of the day it was the best choice. We were satisfied with their work and they cleaned up well after the job was completed.
We needed our orginal hardwood floor refinished, but it was a large project because the the original inlayment had to be reconfigured to match the addition to our home. They also added new flooring to our new family room to match the existing dining room floor. They came back to fix a small error without issue and found they had great customer service.
We had programmable thermostats and in-floor heating pads added to our addition in the kitchen & bathroom. We found them easy to work with, with great customer service & follow up. Timing was crutial to our project as we needed the in-floor heating pads installed a day before the floor tile was to be installed and everything went as expected. We are very happy with Anekam's service.

We found the attention to detail that Medera Custom Cabinets offered was really appreciated. Minor issues were dealt with without hesitation. Example, due to the uneven ceiling of my existing kitchen the new crown moulding would not lay flush and Medera solve the issue by re-leveling our celing so that the crown moulding would be in perfect alignment. Christian (the owner) was great to deal with and we were very pleased with the results.

We were recommended to use Edmonds by both friends and our contractor. We found them to have great customer service, however we did encounter a few small issues. Our fridge arrived with a dent, so it needed to be replaced. Our sales rep left before our order was completed and a few errors occurred because of it, however Edmonds was quick to correct the situation. We purchased a fridge, range, microwave and dishwasher from Edmonds. We would recommend their business to others.

We found our contractor to be very knowledgeable and flexible to our needs. He was ok with us doing some of the renovation work ourselves, such as plumbing & painting. He is a popular contractor for our area. We've know him for over 15 years, but the recommendation to use him for our work came from another friend. His attention to detail was truly appreciated, going the extra mile to ensure that my property was cleaned after each trade completed their work and his work ethic was amazing. Would definitely recommend him to others.
