Mustafa was a pleasure to deal with. I interviewed several contractors. Many of them were fine but Mustafa demonstrated a sincere knowledge and interest in his craft. He explained several technical issues and challenges and how he would address them. As an owner operator, I also felt comfortable knowing I was interviewing the person who was going to do the work (i.e. not the salesman) The quality of work was very good and he took the time required to make sure the detailed work was done and re-done where necessary. I never felt like he was racing against the clock to get to his next job at the expense of the quality of my project. Stucco removal is a very dusty and messy project. Mustafa utilizes high tech equipment (Festool Planex..Google it) to help control dust. However, dust is still inevitable, so be prepared. Extra prep where required goes a long way. The only thing I would recommend is to try to better organize tools and equipment at the end of the evening to make it easier to move around the house after hours.

This Company provided a CCTV (video surveillance) system which never operated satisfactorily from day one. I used him based on a referral and the referral too is very disappointed. The hardware is "ok", but the software system never worked consistently for more than a week at most. At its best, it was slow and very erratic. The software had to be used on a Windows XP server only. That should have been a tell tale sign of poor quality, given Vista had well been rolled out. I had constantly attempted to access Hamid for assistance and he was always very difficult if not impossible to get a hold of. I often had to resort to private calling. When I recently called to yet again raise my concerns, he noted that he did not have a 'crystal ball' in that he could not know the system is not working unless he's contacted. Meanwhile, I had emailed him several times during the 2 weeks prior to the call. He acknowledged the emails but said "he did not have a solution". He finally came out and said that the system is now out of warranty and that any software "upgrade" would be additional. Of course, I was not interested in an "upgrade", but simply a working system. On top of that, I suppose he felt he could really take me for a ride by paying him even more money. I would highly recommend you tread carefully if dealing with this Company and this individual and steer very clear. Of course, you can go ahead and ignore this advice and trust "Hamid". Welcome to the world of customer feedback...you can run but you can't hide.
