Brent was very prompt and it is amazing how many telescopic and foldaway ladders one man can fit in a car. Brent started on the roof and gave me his concerns and showed photos of where we may have issues in the future. We then proceeded to go around every inch of the exterior before moving inside. Having never seen a sump pump before I was glad for the explanation of how and why it worked. Brent was able to explain how everyting in the house worked and answered all our questions in a simple way that we could easily understand. Although we found no major issues with our house we do have a couple of projects that need urgent attention. Without Brents attention to detail we would never have found these things out and we also know the type of work that is required to fix the problems. I would definitely recommend Brent as he is very knowledgable and also a nice down to earth guy.

I'm glad that you came away from the home inspection understanding the house to its entirety. Even understanding sump pumps! That's my goal, to have you understand the home. It's funny, I know of many home inspectors who don't want the people present or to stay out of the way when they are inspecting. How boring. I've said this in other responses and I will say it here, "you've got to get a feel for the home" All homes have different personalities. I want people to ask me a zillion questions and always to stay within ear shot! It makes it easier for me to explain things and it makes it easier for people to grasp things. Confirmed yesterday at 4:30pm that we would be getting our windows installed and they would be arriving between 9 to 10 am. Called the office today at 10:45 to see when they would be arriving only to be told they wouldn't be coming today. I take a day off work, move furniture inside and outside and they don't have the courtesy to call and say that they have cancelled. I have no doubt they will eventually install the quality of windows that Jim our salesman promised us but we will definitely think twice about using Brock Windows. I guess $3500 for 2 windows doesn't take priority over their bigger clients. Postscript: This is an update to the bad review I left a couple of weeks ago. Since then Brock have been very good in their response to us. The windows were installed very quickly with no mess and they look great. The installers were extremely friendly and despite the previous experience we had I would use Brock Windows again.

Thank you very much for bringing this to our attention. We have spoken to the installation department and were told that the installer's helper was not available for work on June 8th, and because there is custom work with stucco he could not do the work alone. Please understand we are not making excuses, just giving you the facts. We apologize that the installer did not call you to cancel the appointment. We understand that you have been promised a Saturday install. We hope that once your windows have been installed, the quality of the product and workmanship will help turn this negative experience into a positive one.
